A Colorado Collaboration

In 2007, the Colorado Children’s Campaign, the Colorado Fiscal Policy Institute, and the Bell Policy Center joined forces to create the
Looking Forward Collaborative to do research, coalition building and extensive public education on the impacts of Colorado’s fiscal policies. Together, we have produced two Looking Forward reports: Colorado's Fiscal Prospects after Referendum C (2007) and Colorado's Fiscal Prospect Amid a Financial Crisis (2009). The three organizations are leaders in statewide public policy, including leading and supporting policy efforts to reform the state’s health care programs, increase state revenues and reform the statutory and constitutional rules that govern the state’s fiscal policies. The Collaborative provided the public with information on Proposition 101 and Amendments 60 and 61 during the 2010 election.
